Toymaster Invoice Processing

Members of the Toymaster group can now go on to their website, generate an invoice file and download their suppliers’ invoices directly into the Retail Accounts purchase ledger.  They are posted as registered invoices and can then be subsequently approved.  

This saves at lot of time by not having to manually input each invoice; and it ensures data accuracy.

If any document is imported from the Toymaster website and it cannot be processed because a piece of information is missing or incorrectly set up in Retail Accounts, the error can be corrected.  This then allows the transaction to be posted.
