Andy and Sarah Kidd took over ownership of the old Arkangel boutique in Edinburgh's West End in July 2010. Already established with a loyal following for the blend of exclusive designer clothes, jewellery and accessories, the new owners have brought in new designer ranges and re-named the store to reflect the fresh new approach. 

The first project to be undertaken by Andy was to identify an EPOS system supplier that could meet both their current and projected requirements. With a new website and customer focussed marketing campaigns planned, Touchretail’s proven record with similar businesses was an important factor in Andy’s decision. Touchretail have implemented a Hosted back office merchandise system for Arkangel & Felon, and an Aures Odysse point of sale. 

The real-time sales updating provided by the e-commerce interface is already well established with the Visualsoft website. Andy’s IT background will enable him to produce the optimum information from Touchretail’s back office system.
