Real Clothing Southwell Ladies Shop
Fashion mini-chain Real Clothing in Nottinghamshire installed Touchretail’s E-commerce EPOS as their business became multi-channel. After Real Clothing lost confidence in their legacy system, Touchretail were selected to supply the stock control, EPOS and e-commerce integration. Touchretail’s existing portfolio of similar fashion retailers helped the owners of Real Clothing, Rupert and Lucy Adams, to make a confident decision about their choice of new service provider.

The Fold Window
Installation of the Touchretail Fashion Stock Control system has helped new Cheshire business The Fold get off to a flying start. By installing the Hosted back office stock control well in advance of the store opening, owner Janine Hamlett was able to prepare all opening stock with barcoded price labels in good time for the store opening in April 2012. Bhanu Clothing main entrance
Independent menswear retailer Bhanu Clothing of Corby, Northants have installed multi-channel EPOS from Touchretail as part of their business development plan. Awarded Retailer of the Year for 2010/2011 by Corby Business Group, Bhanu have always strived to bring leading menswear brands from across Europe to their customers, combined with great personal service.
After the launch of their transactional website, Bhanu needed a stock control and EPOS system with already proven multi-channel capabilities.

Krush Store Entrance
Scotland-based mini-chain fashion retailer Krush have installed multi-channel EPOS from Touchretail.

Hi Panda Shop Interior
Building on the brand’s phenomenal success in China and France, the first Hi Panda UK store has just opened in Kingly Court off Carnaby Street, London W1, complete with Touchretail EPOS system.
Huge success in Asia
The fashion label was created by Chinese-born artist Ji-ji who created three cartoon pandas, ‘Happy’, ‘Evil’, and ‘Wounded’ to use in his artwork. The characters now feature on a range of hooded sweatshirts, T-shirts, jeans and bags as well as the iconic ‘panda statues’. As the first fashion brand from mainland China to arrive in the UK, the company is looking forward to making a name for itself in the heart of the capital. (more…)

2011 Drapers Award presented to The Dressing Room by Tess Daly
Touchretail client The Dressing Room pulled off a fantastic double at the recent Drapers Fashion Awards 2011 ceremony, which was held at Grosvenor House, London on 16th November. The Dressing Room are no strangers to such achievement, having previously won the Best New Business Award in 2005 and the Womenswear Retailer of the Year award in 2009. Chameleon shop front
Chameleon in Coventry, a well established designer menswear retailer, have implemented EPOS, stock control and e-commerce integration from Touchretail. This has combined with their store re-fit to bring a new look and new systems at Chameleon. Mobile broadband with EPOS and integrated EFT
Ladies fashion specialist Attic of Stamford converted their Touchretail EPOS system to a mobile solution by the simple addition of a 3G USB dongle. When Attic celebrated their 5th Birthday event with a Sale at a local hotel recently, they asked Touchretail for ideas on how best to account for the stock and process card payments.

Surrey-based Menswear retailer Jim Woodward has opened his second store with Touchretail EPOS and Fashion Software. The new menswear store in Banstead offers a similar mix of quality menswear brands as stocked in the original Woodward store in Oxted.
Real time updating
An important feature of Touchretail’s Fashion EPOS and stock control system that was important to Woodward when planning the Banstead store was its ability to update sales and stock in real time across both stores. Jim comments:
‘I particularly liked Touchretail’s online technology that works without us even realizing it. With the new Banstead store opening it’s important to keep on top of our stock at both shops – I’m certain that the stock enquiry at the till point will save hours of telephone calls. It’s great to see the system working well.’
Hosted System
Touchretail’s back office inventory has been set up as a Hosted Service, providing Jim the flexibility to access the system or to print reports from either store, or from elsewhere if he is out buying. Toshiba B10 EPOS hardware has been installed at each shop.

10th March 2011 saw the attendance of Yohji Yamamoto and Zinedine Zidane for the opening of the first Y-3 flagship store in London, in collaboration with luxury retail partner Hervia. Located on 54 Conduit Street, Mayfair the first Y-3 stand alone store in the UK sits across from the Yohji Yamamoto boutique. Touchretail have provided the back office stock control and instore EPOS for the Y-3 Mayfair store, in addition to the GCAS Y-3 Gift Card module. (more…)
