The company, situated in Northwich, provides the best choice of fashion brands in the area plus many other departments including kitchenware, gifts, perfumery and shoes. They also have a second store in Nantwich, which offers the latest ladies fashions. Both stores boast popular restaurants for that mid morning coffee or a tempting lunch. 

Martin Gray, director of Bratts, worked closely with Touchretail to replace the old Novell network with a Linux based local area network. Touchretail’s Retail Accounts management reporting and accounting software package was implemented at the same time, which now gives Martin the ability to utilise the many features of a leading edge software product.
