After 22 years retailing quality menswear and designer brands from their West Orchards store in Coventry, Chameleon have invested in a complete re-vamp during 2010 and 2011. This has included a complete store re-fit and establishing an online presence with a new e-commerce website.
Chameleon boast an enviable selection of designer brands including Armani Jeans, Armani EA7, Hugo Boss (Chameleon stock Boss Black, Boss Green and Boss Orange ranges), D&G, Lacoste, Lyle & Scott Heritage, Polo Ralph Lauren and Pretty Green - plus many other diverse brands established and new.

Chameleon Case Study
The When business owner David Godfrey and his general manager Marc Barrett were considering how to move their business systems forward, three things were important to them:
- a company already well proven with independent menswear retailers
- a supplier that could offer fully integrated EPOS, e-commerce and back office stock control
- value for money
Touchretail ticked all these boxes, and many more. Chameleon knew other West Midlands clients of Touchretail, such as Serene Order and Autograph, who recommended Touchretail's products and service.
Touchretail were able to offer Chameleon a well managed implementation plan, which started off with populating the back office database. This was followed by the installation of the EPOS terminal, and Nordic hand-held terminal for stocktaking. The final phase of the installation was the real-time link up to Chameleon's new Visualsoft website.
