The Daniel family have owned and operated their retail business for over 100 years, with Department Stores in Windsor, Ealing and Chiswick.

Following relocation of the administrative office in 2008, Daniel’s implemented Retail Accounts management reporting and accounting software. Touchretail were able to convert historical data from the legacy system, and also implemented an interface to the MIDAS tills that were already in use at Daniel’s stores. The Retail Accounts Remote Cash Sheet enables each store to reconcile till sales and bankings before posting to the sales ledger in the accounts.

Other features of Retail Accounts implemented at Daniel’s include Concession Invoicing, Intrastat Reporting, and AIS-specific features such as an Interface that captures ‘Cenpac’ electronic statements, imports them into the purchase ledger and automatically registers the invoices.
