Overview

Touchretail e-commerce integration provides an interface between your EPoS system, Stock Control and transactional website. Implementing e-commerce integration can provide the following functionality

• Products sold in store are automatically removed from your available online stock minimizing unfulfilled orders
• Products sold on-line are automatically removed from your Stock Control and EPoS system
• Web order notifications at your point of sale
• Detailed reporting and analysis of online sales
• Multiple website integration. A product sold on website 'A' will be removed from websites 'B' and 'C' as well as your Stock Control and EPoS system

Touchretail e-commerce integration provides everything to accomplish this. Implementing this functionality to an existing website will require some work from your website developer. We can provide your developer with an integration developer pack for them to assess the work required.
