Trading at the same location in Farnham since 1881, Elphicks Department Store operates a wide range of departments over 24,000 sq ft on two floors. Since 2004 Elphicks has been part of the Tudor Williams group of stores, which has a turnover of over £13m and employs over 200 staff.

As the first phase of a group-wide IT systems upgrade, Elphicks have implemented the Retail Accounts management reporting and accounting software from Touchretail. The Retail Accounts software has been integrated into their existing Midas EPOS system enabling Elphicks to extend the life of their legacy tills, while benefiting from the advantages of system integration and the latest management software facilities.

With Elphicks now live on the Retail Accounts software, Tudor Williams plan to rollout the software throughout the group, including a fully integrated furniture unit stock control system.
