Centralised Receipts

Each Touchretail receipt is printed with a unique barcode identifying the transaction. Receipts are stored centrally and can be called up from any Touchretail Point of Sale within your company.

Centralised Receipts

Receipts can be scanned at any branch. The transaction content is displayed as shown in the image above. The branch name, till number, sale date and assistant who completed the sale are also displayed on-screen along with the customer’s name if this was recorded at the time of transaction.

When returning items, the customers receipt is scanned allowing the cashier to select the items to be returned. Each item selected will be added into the sale screen as a return with the original price at the time of transaction. This is very useful if your prices have changed since the original transaction.
