Upgrading from their legacy system, Hawkes have implemented new technology in preparation for their move to online trading. Touchretail have been selected to supply the latest instore configuration, including:

 • Touch screen Toshiba B10 EPOS

 • Salespush real-time sales and stock updating 

Touchretail were able to implement access to both the back office inventory and the EPOS software at the till terminal, so that deliveries can be booked in at the same as serving customers and keeping an eye on the store – real multi-tasking is the norm at Hawkes Essentials.
