When looking for a new system, Hervia’s original plan was to replace their legacy system early in 2010. But when the directors saw the online functionality offered by Touchretail's Rapidstock and EPoS system they brought forward their implementation to pre-Christmas. Touchretail have worked closely with Vanillastorm, Hervia’s original website developer, then with their subsequent developer Visualsoft, to ensure a seamless e-commerce integration link between the stores and website.
