Infinities was founded in 1991 with the philosophy of showcasing some of the world's most innovative brands, while still nurturing British design talent. Brands available at Infinities include Adidas Y-3, Diesel, Evisu, Henri Lloyd, Maharishi, One True Saxon, Paul Smith, Stone Island and Timberland.

Having established the two Infinities stores as destinations for customers seeking the latest and hottest brands and styles, it was decided in 2007 to create a transactional website as a complement to the stores.

Touchretail’s expertise in the integration of websites to back office and EPOS systems, and knowledge of the fashion retail business, were key factors in the decision-making process at Infinities. The new website, developed by Visualsoft, was a success as soon as it was launched. In 2008 Infinities became part of the Concept Retail group, but still operating under the Infinities buying team. Touchretail have successfully combined the two head office systems so that administration is done from a single head office and warehouse.
