 WPF, WCF, Silverlight, Expression Blend, Crystal Reports.

JOB : Support Technician

Due to company expansion we are looking for a Support Technician to join Touchretail at this exciting time. We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable and IT knowledgeable individual whose main role would be to help, support and assist our rapidly growing customer base.

As a Support Technician your key roles would be:

• Installing Systems
  Remotely accessing customers' computers to install and configure hardware and software.
  Testing and Configuring hardware prior to dispatch.
  Internal IT related jobs.
• Telephone and Remote Software Support
  Answering support calls and assisting customers through various processes within our software packages.
• Software Documentation
  Creating documentation and guides for customers.

This is a hands-on role that requires daily telephone interaction, and sometimes face-to-face interaction, with our customers. Applicants must fit the following criteria:

• Enthusiastic, logical, helpful and personable individual
• Confident and polite telephone manner
• Good knowledge of Windows and IT in general
• Any experience in Retail would be advantageous

JOB : Software Programmer

Touchretail is an established, forward thinking company, specialising in Software development for Fashion Retailers & Department Stores. Due to an increase in orders we have a long term position available for an enthusiastic developer with creative flair, to become heavily involved in software development and the expansion of our company. Other roles would include supporting clients, setting up systems and researching new technologies.

Experience required: VB.Net and SQL. Experience in the following areas would also be beneficial: WPF, Networking, Crystal Reports, Visual FoxPro and working in a retail environment. Applicants with relevant Degree level qualifications without commercial programming experience would also be considered.
