Overview

Pre-installation configuration – wherever possible, Touchretail will pre-install the application software on new hardware and configure to the customer’s agreed specification.

Hardware Hangering – for larger system rollouts, our technicians will hanger EPOS terminals to check consistency of operation and soak-test the hardware prior to installation.

On-site installation – Touchretail’s service staff will provide on-site installation of EPOS terminals and other specialist hardware, so that we are confident that the hardware is performing in situ to the correct standard.
