Overview

Product Development – keeping pace with new technology is always at the forefront of our system upgrade path decisions. We constantly test and review potential new ways of working, whether this is software tools, operating systems, specialist hardware or ancillary products. Only when our developers are satisfied that new products work well and improve system operability do we recommend them to our customers.

Software Development – Touchretail’s own software product set is always under review, influenced by our own developers, by our customers, and by moves towards new business models in the general market-place. Being able to deliver and support software which has a balance of latest tools, reliability and ease of use is probably the single most exciting challenge and rewarding achievement.

Bespoke Software – from time to time Touchretail’s customers may request specific modules that fall outside the remit of our standard software or planned development. We are happy to accommodate specific bespoke software development where appropriate – we will review the requirement, prepare a documented specification and agree a realistic costing and delivery schedule for such bespoke programming work prior to accepting the contract.
