Linzi Shoes Case Study

Linzi Shoes used the Fashion Support software since 1995, right up until 2011 (then Touchretail) when they decided to change their system. Although Linzi Shoes had been happy with their DOS-based system, it seemed a good opportunity to try a competitor system when they decided to overhaul their dated system.

Unfortunately, the competitor system promises were not based on substance, and the 'new' system proved to be far less useful than their old Touchretail DOS system.

With a major new store planned at the Westfield Stratford City retail park, Linzi returned to Touchretail to evaluate our latest system. This proved to be a success from first viewing, and with a new Stock Replenishment report added to Linzi's specification, Touchretail were very pleased to regain Linzi as a valued client.
