After an unhappy installation experience with their legacy provider, Morgan Clare’s operations manager Elaine Wilkinson paid great attention to going through a detailed project plan with Touchretail for the proposed system conversion. The project plan included back office inventory, EPOS and e-commerce integration aspects of the business. Morgan Clare’s stock controller Lucy B was happy that Touchretail’s Rapidstock inventory software was able to incorporate existing barcodes, so there was no need to re-ticket the stock. Shop floor manager Caroline also prepared well, by becoming familiar with all aspects of the Touchretail EPOS software especially the valuable Customer purchases data that is used for their Loyalty Rewards scheme.
