Pavilion Case Study

 

Pavilion decided they needed a computerised stock control system soon after their move to their larger premises in Cardiff centre's Wharton Street. They operated a back office system for some time, processing sales manually, then upgraded to full EPOS system. As the Pavilion business has developed so has their system, and Touchretail have been able to constantly upgrade the system with latest technology to maintain Pavilion's edge in a competitive city centre environment. A second EPOS terminal was added in 2009 when a store re-fit was under way.

When Pavilion launched their new website in 2010, Touchretail were able to accommodate the online e-commerce integration with ease. The proven e-commerce interface between Touchretail and Visualsoft enabled a hassle-free website go-live. At the same time Pavilion upgraded their back office to operate as a Hosted Service, enabling management to access the stock and sales data from anywhere.
