With six stores stocking mens and ladies designer brand fashions and an online website, Repertoire have been searching for the best next-generation system to help them manage their stock, sales and deliveries across the business. With the increasing importance of real-time data across the stores and the website, Repertoire’s owners Beverley and Mark Gough had a well prepared ‘shopping list’ of features their new system had to provide, including:

•    Improved booking-in procedures at stores
•    Real-time website integration and stock/sales figures
•    Ability of new system to work with existing hardware as much as possible
•    Data conversion from legacy system

After an in-depth review of potential system suppliers, Touchretail were awarded the Repertoire contract. The head office and stores have all ‘gone live’ with the Touchretail system in early August in time for the new season’s deliveries to be booked directly onto the new system.

With a newly developed booking-in form on the EPOS tills, the instore operations have been greatly simplified. And head office can already see the benefit of real-time sales and stock updates at all stores.

Although Beverley and Mark cited proven track record and value for money as figuring high in their decision to work with Touchretail, the most important factor was the confidence they felt in Touchretail’s ability to deliver and being people they felt they could work with.

The next phase of the implementation is the launch of Repertoire’s new website (developed by Touchretail’s website partner Visualsoft), which will provide real-time updates across the entire Repertoire business.
