Skate Shack first opened its doors in 2006 supporting and sponsoring local skateboarders and skaters and encouraging people of all ages to take up a sport. The same ethos was important when selecting their EPOS system provider, and Touchretail were able to offer other similar retail clients for reference. Skate Shop have a busy website, and real-time updating between the website and the in-store and back office systems was a fantastic benefit, meaning that website orders are fulfilled and despatched rapidly. 

Touchretail have supplied the Rapidstock back office inventory and 3 Aures Galeo EPOS terminals. Barcode labels are printed in-store at the third till point for those items that do not already have suppliers barcodes. The e-commerce interface is to Skate Shack's Visualsoft website.
