The Famous has over one hundred years experience as a school outfitter, supplying over 200 independent and state schools throughout the South West and South Wales, and are experts in setting up and running school shops. The business also has a specialist sports store, Intersport Cheltenham supplying comprehensive and specialist sports advice and equipment. The business is complemented by an online sales and ordering service.

When looking for a company to provide the next generation of Accounting and Management reporting systems, The Famous were keen to retain their traditional hand-written dockets and unique cash desk handling of all sales transactions away from the sales floor.
