In 2007, Williams & Griffin won the title of Best Independent Department Store of the Year, sponsored by Draper's Magazine, the leading fashion industry publication. After having used accounting packages from several suppliers over the years, Williams & Griffin migrated to Retail Accounts in 2006 because it offered them the exact blend of management reports and functionality they were looking for. Although now part of the Fenwick group, Williams & Griffin continue to utilise Retail Accounts for their Colchester store.

Touchretail have set up an interface to W&G’s existing EPOS tills, thereby maximising the investment in technology. The key factors of the Touchretail solution that appealed to W&G were:
