Farfetch, the global luxury fashion giant has developed an integration with the TRIMS retail platform by Touchretail for synchronising boutique stock availability with their online commerce platform.
What is Farfetch?
Started in London in 2008 by Portuguese entrepreneur José Neves, Farfetch is the online platform for fashion. The company operates bespoke, local-language websites and mobile apps for international markets in English, French, Japanese, Mandarin, Portuguese, Korean, German, Russian and Spanish. Farfetch offices are located in 11 cities globally and the business employs over 1,500 staff.
Boutiques that choose to partner with Farfetch list their products on the global Farfetch portal to reach a worldwide audience. Purchases through the Farfetch platform are then processed and dispatched by the boutique selling the item.
