Petmania are a well-loved independent pet store with locations across Ireland. Last year, they wanted to expedite their plans in launching an ecommerce site integrated with their back office Swan Retail System (SRS).
Integrated Ecommerce and Retail System
The aim was to have the new online shop up and running within three months over summer. Our in-house agency were tasked with designing, building and integrating this new sales channel and creating a marketing communication strategy around the launch.
The agency achieved all the objectives set for this project and more quickly than forecasted. Some months later, the site is performing well with conversion rates beyond those originally expected and an average order value 110% higher than expected.
