Jason Denham has always had an obsession with quality denim, and founded Denham The Jeanmaker in Amsterdam in 2008. Denham combines old-world techniques and new-world technology to produce masterful laundry-washed finishes that emulate the stages of a lifetime of wear, hence the iconic Denham philosophy ‘From Virgin to Vintage’.

With stores in Amsterdam, Antwerp, Berlin, Sydney, Tokyo and Osaka, Denham opted to open their North of England flagship store in Leeds.

Requirement and Challenges

Of course Denham need to know the usual analytics of sell-through, stock and gross profit by style, wash/finish and size, but head office in Amsterdam also need to know store performance on a daily and weekly basis – including key accounting indicators.

The Leeds store also features an appointment-only Design Studio where customers are afforded a bespoke service, so customer details and preferences are important to record accurately.

Finally, the instore system has to be capable of online synchronisation and flexible to grow with the company and the product range.
