Requirement and Challenges

The continuing progression of the Hervia fashion offer has concentrated recently on the development and launch of a new ecommerce platform. It is essential that the ecommerce platform has consistent and real-time synchronisation with the Hervia Bazaar flagship store and the back office inventory. The real-time stock updating is also important to help manage Hervia’s FarFetch sales channel.

The proven solution of Visualsoft VS-commerce integrated with Touchretail’s TRIMS API was implemented for Hervia. TRIMS uses latest technology to manage multi-channel fashion retailing, including analysis and reporting across all integrated online channels.

Touchretail were able to fully import products, stock and sales data from Hervia’s legacy systems.

The good working relationship between Touchretail and Visualsoft enabled any early glitches to be quickly identified and resolved.
